Return policy :
We offer a very simple 7 day return policy to you. To return please contact our team at info@galli.co.in or abhimanyu.galli@gmail.com – with an email subject “RETURNING ORDER_(order id)”
The Return request needs to be placed within 24hours of placing the order. The next 7 days will carry out the return and verification of the returned goods. Post this, the customer is entitled to either a credit note for the same amount from the company or any other goods of the amount as purchased before.
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and has all tags attached. We will be unable to provide returns if the products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label or if products are bought from our partner stores and other websites.
Once the item is received we will assess and validate. www.galli.co.in reserves the right to deny return if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. All returns approved by the company will be credited in your Bank Account within 10 working days.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please note that the following details in your reverse pick-up request are mandatory : (1) Your order number (2) List specifying the item you wish to return.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you wish to exchange your order, please return and place a fresh order with us. All products returned will be subject to quality checks to ensure they meet the above conditions.
The exchange courier charge for both the returning item and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
